You will need the hash of the incomplete bridging transaction from the Source chain to use the "Resume Bridging" function. You can retrieve your transaction hash in 1 of 3 ways:
During your bridging session, a "Transaction Hash" will be generated after a bridge transaction is confirmed.
Press the Copy icon on the loaded progress bar to copy the "Transaction Hash" from the Source chain.
Go to your respective Source chain's block explorer:
Enter and search for your wallet address using the search bar.
Under "Transactions", look for the transaction that transfers to Messina's Source chain contract address. Eg. If your Source chain is Ethereum, refer to the Ethereum Token Bridge Address under our list of updated addresses here.
Verify that the details are correct, then copy the Transaction Hash and resume bridging.
Under "Activity"/transaction history, look for the date that the transaction was made, then click to expand.
Check if the transaction is to Messina's Source chain contract address and verify if the details of the transaction are correct. Eg. If your Source chain is Ethereum, refer to the Ethereum Token Bridge Address under our list of addresses here.
If the details are correct, click on the "Copy Transaction ID" button. This will be your Transaction Hash to resume bridging.
Once you have obtained the Source chain Transaction Hash, you can proceed to Resume Bridging.
